Bring your school and/or district team to engage in a day filled with essential information, focused conversations, and takeaway strategies-tools-resources addressing one of today's most critical issues: How To Build A Culture Of Ethics & Safety In Our Schools and Community. The focus of this Summit is on how your team can develop a network of support by involving your community of teachers, administrators, parents, counselors, nonprofit advocates, students, health care professionals, and law enforcement officers to provide a safer online and offline environment for our children. Led by nationally known online safety and digital citizenship experts, your team will gain strategies for creating healthier online experiences by building a safety network using student guidance techniques and online incident mitigation to benefit our students, educators, and the greater community. Geared to the needs of our elementary, middle school, and high school students, you will choose from several afternoon breakout sessions which address cyber safe behavior, network of support, smart social networking strategies, digital citizenship curriculum, and the recently-launched national portal called Generation Safe which promotes prevention, detection, bystander awareness, and intervention. Target Audience: Educators, Community Leaders, Non Profit Advocates, Business, Law Enforcement, and Health Care Professionals. No additional fee for Summit. You must be a registered CUE 2011 Conference to attend.
